Fields are pre-filled with a 30-minute run. Adjust them, then press Log workout to save the entry and rebuild your chart, table and training read.
What you get back after logging
Every entry is saved privately to your own log. The run returns four things: your full table of saved workout rows (exercise, minutes, calories, date), a minutes-per-exercise chart series, a downloadable chart image, and a plain-English read of your training balance β for example whether cardio is crowding out strength work.
How training balance is judged
Minutes are grouped by exercise name and compared as a share of your total logged time. A single activity above roughly half your minutes reads as lopsided; three or more activities each holding a meaningful share reads as balanced. Calories are tracked alongside but never drive the balance call.
Keeping the log tidy
Type exercise names consistently β "Running" and "run" become two separate bars. Use the preset chips when you can, and use Clear to empty the fields before typing a new activity from scratch.
